Came here on a rainy Saturday morning around 9 AM. It was already packed and hard to find seating indoors, considering that we couldn't sit outdoors with the rain. I got an Egg in a Hole toast, which was $11.50. The bread here is amazing; for the toast, they even give you the center part of the toast that they cut out to put the egg in. The egg is nicely poached and the butter is nice. It was a teeny bit too salty for my liking, but not enough to ruin the toast. A bit expensive for what it is though. The latte was good, and I like that they don't charge extra for oat milk. Expect it to take some time to get your toast and coffee, especially if it's busy.

cinnamon sugar on country bread was yum, very good quality bread and the topping was nicely balanced by some salt. but $8 after tax made my heart ache

Had a regular coffee ($4.95) and a kouign amann ($5.95?) here and was happy with my choice. The kouign amann was flaky with the perfect amount of crunchy sugar and sweetness. I wish the coffee cup was bigger or they offered refills, but I guess that's too much to ask. It was difficult finding a table and people stayed around for a long time (as did my friends and I). Very popular coffee shop; had a line the whole time I was there!!

I would be cast out of Hipster Land if I gave The Mill any less than a 4 star. 5 star bread, pastry, hot chocolate, oh yeah. But this review is about the Avocado Mash which I really didn't care for. Big ol' slice of their fantastic bread, but hey, isn't something listed under Toast on the menu supposed to be TOASTED?! I guess it's a thing with all the cafes right now. And the avocado mash/ mush texture seemed like it came out of a blender, spread like runny butter. Not the greatest mouth feel, so I say meh. I'll for sure be back, but not for avo toast.
